Big Beat Playground is a family friendly, dance music festival with a warm, welcoming and safe environment for children, young people and their families and very much community focused.

Creative Space
It’s arts and craft heaven. From willow weaving, pottery and caligraphy, to face painting, glitter tattoos and henna.
Mobile Circus
Be amazed by the mesmerising performances and have-a-go sessions, everyone is welcome.
Big Beat Playground is a grassroots community who believe that the festival experience should be enjoyed by everyone. That’s why we insist on keeping our ticket prices low and distribute 500 complimentary tickets every year to low-income and disadvantaged families.

Big Games Wood
Beneath the trees canopy, play giant connect four, jenga and snakes and ladders, or just relax in the hammocks.
